Anthony P. Prieto
A Tampa native who attended Jefferson High School, Mr. Prieto received an Associate of Arts Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College in 1965, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Tampa in 1968, and a Juris Doctor Degree from South Texas College of Law in 1972.
Mr. Prieto worked as a State Prosecutor for Hillsborough under E.J. Salcines. Subsequent to his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Prieto started his private practice focusing on Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.
Mr. Prieto is admitted and qualified as an attorney before The Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Further, Mr. Prieto is a member of the American Bar Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Hillsborough County Bar.
Keith M. Goan
Born and raised in Tampa, Mr. Goan attended Tampa Catholic High School and subsequently received a Marketing Degree from the University of South Florida. He then attended Stetson College of Law where he completed both a State and Federal Judicial Internship before receiving a Juris Doctor degree and graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Goan is admitted and qualified as an attorney before The Florida Bar and The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a Private Attorney Mr. Goan has served as In-House Counsel for Pharmakon Labs. Inc. and has now focused his practice to Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.
Anthony T. Prieto

In 1997, Mr. Prieto received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature Degree with a minor in Criminology from Florida State University.
Mr. Prieto also attended Stetson College of Law where he completed a State Judicial Internship before receiving a Juris Doctor Degree in 1999. Upon graduation, Mr. Prieto worked as a State Prosecutor for Hillsborough County under Harry Lee Coe and Mark Ober, prosecuting cases ranging from Traffic Violation to Major Drug Offenses.
Mr. Prieto has successfully litigated thousands of civil matters ranging from auto accidents to breach of contract causes of action in both Circuit and County Court. He is the managing partner of the First Party Litigation Department that focuses primarily on Auto Glass Litigation, as well as, disputes arising from Personal Injury Protection(PIP) Benefits.
Mr. Prieto is admitted and qualified as an attorney before The Florida Bar and The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
